We do our best to ensure the accuracy of every order that is shipped out. 

However, due to the nature of our business and products we sell, all of our products are exempt from being returned; Personalized merchandise (Note: No refunds are available on personalized items. Personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged because we cannot reuse these products); wearable items cannot be returned or exchanged due to COVID-19 and for hygiene reasons.
